Tina Poss

Tina leads the brokerage team at Verdant and assists with a wide range of initiatives within the company, including generating new business development opportunities and the management of Verdant’s in-house and fee development projects. Tina has expertise in listing and marketing real estate for sale and aiding buyers in finding the right property for their needs. She also possesses extensive experience assisting investors with multi-family investment opportunities, providing private land owners with investment and development strategy, and aiding builders to find suitable land development opportunities in the area.

Prior to entering real estate, Tina worked in the U.S. Intelligence Community where she served on an analytical task force focused on combating the Global War on Terrorism. She started her career in real estate over 17 years ago at Long & Foster Real Estate where she managed a nationally recognized, top producing real estate team. Tina has operated several real estate investment ventures, including the sale and management of historical renovations and residential development communities throughout Frederick County. Tina, a native of Frederick, Maryland completed her B.A. at the Robert H. Smith School of Business at The University of Maryland. Tina currently resides in Middletown with her husband and daughter.
