Tina Poss

Tina leads the brokerage division at Verdant, where she oversees sales operations while playing a key role across the company’s development and investment platform. Her work spans new business development, strategic planning, and the execution of Verdant’s in-house and third-party development projects, giving her a comprehensive perspective across the full lifecycle of real estate—from acquisition and entitlement through construction, marketing, and disposition.

With over 17 years of experience, Tina brings deep expertise in residential sales, new construction, and land development. She has a strong track record representing buyers and sellers, advising investors on multi-family and residential opportunities, and guiding private landowners and builders through development strategy, site selection, and project positioning. Her ability to bridge brokerage and development allows her to deliver practical, market-driven insight that aligns with both short- and long-term investment goals.

 

Prior to her career in real estate, Tina served in the U.S. Intelligence Community, where she was part of an analytical task force supporting counterterrorism efforts during the Global War on Terrorism. She began her real estate career at Long & Foster Real Estate, where she managed a nationally recognized, top-producing team. Over the course of her career, she has also led and participated in multiple real estate investment ventures, including historic renovations and residential community development projects throughout Frederick County.

 

A Frederick native, Tina earned her B.A. from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland. She currently resides in Middletown with her husband and daughter.
