In August 2022, Verdant secured both Site Plan and Adequate Public Facilities Ordinance (APFO) approvals for the development of 11 condominium townhouse lots. The property benefits from immediate access to public water and sewer, with confirmed capacity to support the planned development.
All required entitlements for construction have been obtained. Site development is complete, and vertical construction is underway, with home sales launching in June 2025.
The Woods represents another successful Verdant project that aligns thoughtful planning with market demand in a prime Frederick City location.
