In Q2 2022, Verdant successfully secured a rezoning to PUD (Planned Unit Development), with an approved density of 29 townhome lots.

The site benefits from immediate access to public water and sewer, with confirmed capacity to support the proposed development.

Verdant has obtained:

• Site plan and preliminary subdivision plan approvals
• All required water and sewer map amendments
• Improvement plan approvals

Final plats were recorded in December 2024, and site development is now underway. The residential builder for the project is DRB Homes, bringing quality townhome construction to this highly desirable Frederick County location.
