Overview
Verdant purchased this parcel with a previously approved site plan permitting the development of 16 townhouse-style rental condominiums with an outdated, but grandfathered, SWM design.
Verdant redesigned the site to accommodate 18 three-story townhouse lots with garages that would be built as for-sale units. This re-design reduced overall impervious area on the site, employed a current, more environmentally sensitive SWM design, and will result in an attractive in-fill neighborhood with home ownership instead of an expansion of the adjoining apartment community.
Status
Verdant successfully obtained all required entitlements and approvals for the project. Site development was completed in April 2021, followed by the successful construction and sale of all 18 townhomes by the summer of 2022.
